Share the Music
You are encouraged to share
the music on this website. You
can download the mp3 files and copy them as many times as you want. If you want higher quality, then
get a copy of the CD and copy from that. Please upload the mp3 or wav files to websites or file
sharing programs such as Kazaa. Sharing the music on this website is entirely legal.
The composers want you to share the music.

Buying a CD
When you share the music, let people who get copies of the music know that if they want to support
the artist financially, they can do this by buying a CD from Ethymonics. It is possible that other
companies will eventually want to sell the same music, in which case Ethymonics will be in competition!
Selling CDs yourself
If you intend to sell copies, you will have to create your own artwork for the CD -
Ethymonics' artwork is not subject to the same freedom as the music. This is so
people will be able to easily distinguish CDs of the same music from different companies.
You are welcome to sell CDs of The Spirit as long as you provide the
information required by the Ethymonics Free Music License. You can copy on
any scale you like. You can sell a few in a market, or manufacture thousands. The
reasoning behind this is that a single company, such as Ethymonics, is unable to predict and reach
all market niches for a piece of music. If there is freedom to exploit whatever market opportunities
may exist, worldwide, the music will reach a far wider audience than any single distributor could
ever manage.
